Dynamics 365 What's New
The CRM Cloud Upgrade team at Endeavour Solutions has been supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM since it's inception. We're proud of Microsoft's continual innovation in cloud Business Applications and expansion of the Dynamics 365 platform with the Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365.
Cloud updates are announced annually in April and October (Wave 1 and Wave 2). Be sure to perform an annual CRM Health-Check before your cloud-upgrade from on-premise or SFDC, and then again every 1 to 2 years to review upcoming software updates and opportunities for process improvement.
